Working with cloud communications specialist Vonage, Manulife is personalising customer experiences by digitising the delivery of promotional SMS-based messages in Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Hong Kong and China. Vonage solutions are enabling the insurer to embed CX into existing applications, systems and workflows, enabling communications across any channel and on any device for better customer engagement.
